Born in 1961
Ralph Kopp received his doctoral degree in social science at the University of Duisburg. Since then he has been working at the Social Research Center in Dortmund where he was appointed the director of HR development and consulting in 2000.
Dr. Kopp has managed many research, consulting and training projects for small and medium-sized businesses. He also organizes national and international academic conferences on innovative consulting concepts.
Dr. Kopp is a founding member and co-publisher of the HR magazine "profile" ("profiles2 is an international magazine for change, learning, and dialogue). He has developed a variety of successful consulting methods, which have been documented by renowned magazines and publishers.
He received additional training in systemic organizational consulting at Thyssen AG, in addition to the Institute for Work Psychology in Zurich, where he is active as a lecturer and guest professor. Dr. Kopp started cooperating with Strategio in 2006 and has become a highly esteemed team member.
