Una Harders has been working as a freelance trainer and coach since 2001. She has been assisting LWP and Strategio with business seminars at GM Europe and Bosch-Siemens Turkey. Una Harders has extensively coached administration, human resources, manufacturing, engineering, services, sales and purchasing staff as well as junior and senior executives of all areas.
Una Harders graduated from the Coaching Academy Berlin and works as an integral coach. She prepares clients for intercultural business as well as for presentations, interviews and negotiations in English.
